Yes. The Application requires access to your device's camera to allow users to upload images of deals. No images are stored on our servers after a deal's expiration date.

- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or legal request
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, ensure user safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request

What Are My Opt-Out Rights?
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the app store.

- User-provided data is retained as long as you use the Application.
- Automatically collected data is stored for up to 24 months before being aggregated.
- Images and deals uploaded by users are automatically deleted upon deal expiration.
